Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. This will allow us the necessary time to ensure your purchase is perfection. Once accepted by USPS, allow an additional 3-5 days to receive your order. Priority shipping will arrive in two days after accepted by USPS.

As a reminder Kisses from Kei Kei can't control the delivery time once your order has been accepted by USPS. We will track the shipment through delivery and will address any issues as they occur.

Customer's Responsibility

-Provide the correct address to include house number, city/town, state, zip code and apartment numbers. Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer input must be addressed between the customer and delivery provider.

-Packages that reflect delivered on the tracking information, but can't be located must be followed up with USPS. 

Our Responsibility

-Provide you with stellar products to keep you coming back for more! Missing packages containing the correct address will have the products immediately replaced or upon request refunded minus the shipping fees.

-Packages returned to us due to invalid addresses will receive a refund minus the shipping fees.
